NDLI: Les enjeux pour l'emploi des jeunes

Abstract	Les jeunes représentent un atout essentiel dans tous les pays. Il existe néanmoins des disparités notables d’un pays à l’autre quant à la situation des jeunes sur le marché du travail. Étant donné que ces derniers forment une catégorie très hétérogène, cette hétérogénéité doit être prise en compte dans toute stratégie destinée à améliorer leurs perspectives d’emploi. Quelques pays ont bien mieux réussi que d’autres à limiter les répercussions de la crise sur le chômage des jeunes et semblent être beaucoup mieux positionnés pour la reprise. Si certains d’entre eux sont entrés dans la crise alors que leur situation était relativement favorable, d’autres ont adopté des politiques efficaces pour aider les jeunes à faire face à la crise.
