| Abstract | Le présent chapitre porte sur les facteurs qui, du côté de la demande, font obstacle à l’embauche des jeunes en Tunisie, comme le coût d’embauche (déterminé par le salaire minimum, les coûts non salariaux et les négociations collectives) et la législation de protection de l’emploi. Il passe également en revue les mesures actuellement en place pour remédier à ces obstacles (notamment les subventions salariales) et propose un certain nombre de solutions pour générer des conditions plus favorables à l’embauche des jeunes par les entreprises, tout en garantissant des salaires décents ainsi qu’un niveau de protection adapté pour les travailleurs. Les principales difficultés recensées dans ce chapitre sont les suivantes : des planchers salariaux élevés imposés par les conventions collectives sectorielles ; un écart important entre les niveaux de rémunération et les prestations dans le secteur privé et le secteur public, qui entraîne une pléthore de candidats à l’emploi dans ce dernier secteur et augmente les salaires de réserve ; et une législation de protection de l’emploi très rigide pour les contrats permanents et très souple pour les contrats temporaires, avec à la clé un dualisme du marché du travail, où l’emploi temporaire est plutôt un piège pour les jeunes Tunisiens qu’un tremplin vers un emploi plus stable. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
