NDLI: Combating Man-Made Disaster Using Remote Sensing

Abstract	Today man-made disaster is the most serious problem in Chhattisgarh. The state is facing many problems in solving or in fighting against this disaster. They are almost to trap them till today. The main aim of the naxalites is to gain attention of the government and also to bring again the "Jungle Raaj" and whose king will be the naxal. The terrorists are attacking the country in two ways i.e externally and internally. Externally, they are attacking directly like 26/11; akshardham etc. and internally they are financing the naxal. The naxalites are nothing but the people who are unsatisfied with the system. They are getting financial support, arms, ammunition etc. with the help of which they thought that they are so powerful that anyone will listen to their thing and if not than they will kill that person. Killing innocent villagers is an example of showing their revenge towards Salwa Judum, violating the elections held etc. Through this attacks as well as encounters they are expressing their dissatisfaction towards the system. Due to that the lives of people loss, many people became handicapped etc. There is loss and only loss in the state. For this we have to fight against disaster and get rid of naxal. In this paper I am trying up to some extent to get rid of the loss due to them. The activities like landmines blast, killing innocent people, blasts the railway tracks, blasts the power supply unit etc.
