Abstract	With the business globalization of the enterprises in the world, the rapidly shifting consumer demands become a big challenge for the enterprises. The success of enterprises depends more on their ability to agile business and IT. Integration of the traditional IT applications and the new IT applications becomes a significant problem in the modern enterprises. The logistics information system, as an important part of the enterprises, relates to many areas of the enterprises, even to different enterprises. So the integration of the logistics information system is a crucial issue for modern business. This paper describes a general design for the integration of distributed logistics information system based on service-oriented architecture (SOA) and enterprise service bus (ESB). In the end, with the analysis of a real logistics information system in a distribution center, a SOA solution is provided for the distributed logistics information system in the paper
