Abstract	The paper uses C-D production, estimates parameter by means of regression analysis, and calculates the human capital contribution to firm's value. Compared with the human capital investment, we get the human capital appreciation and through the time series analysis, summary on the general tendency of human capital appreciation, in order to enrich the human capital theory of value measurement
