Abstract	With the combination of the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and based on the comprehensive analysis of elements in the financial ecological environment, the thesis constructs evaluation index system, and makes the financial ecological environment evaluation of Kunming. The result is good, which shows that there is much space for financial ecological environment of Kunming to be enhanced further. The financial ecological environment of Kunming can be enhanced quickly through boosting the economic basis, strengthening the financial support of the government and improving legal environment of credit.
