NDLI: The Investigation on Management and Control Mode of Enterprise Group

Abstract	In the growth process of one enterprise, its subordinate enterprises are increasing as the business and scale continued to expand gradually. With the increase of the number of subordinate enterprises and the expansion of distribution areas, business management changes to be more difficult, so the establishment of enterprises group becomes the inevitable choice. How to select appropriate management and control mode to manage and coordinate subordinate enterprises effectively has become an important business issue of enterprise group. This paper investigated the characteristics of management and control mode of enterprise group and its general classification and application scopes and presented the selection process of management and control mode of enterprise group. Then it made analysis on influence factors of the selection process of control mode of enterprise group. This paper also presented suitable suggestions for the selection and optimization of management and control mode of domestic groups.
