Abstract	the process of knowledge creation reveals that the mutual conversion and function between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge in the individual or organization produce the important model and theory of the new knowledge. By the SECI model of knowledge creation, this paper expounds the research results of knowledge transformation and knowledge creation process between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. On the basis of analyzing and generalizing the mutual relationship between the process of knowledge creation and the strategy of knowledge management, combining with the quantitative research of knowledge creation model, the paper puts forward the suitable different strategies of knowledge management which corresponds to different process of knowledge creation, in order to achieve the best level of organizational knowledge creation.
