Abstract	Computer Numerical Control (CNC) system is the basis of advanced manufacture technology and develop quite rapidly now. based on ARM technology and UCOSII operation system, we designed an Computer Numerical Control (CNC) system whose style is open. UCOS-II is a real time operation system (RTOS) indeed, this is very suitable for intelligent control on site. We also analyzes the system real-time performance and Stability. The result indicates that the embedded Numerical Control system has perfect real-time character and high-performance. In addition, step motor has become more and more popular in CNC, it has a lot of merit. If you want to take advantage of it you must control it properly when it start or stop. A very useful method is forward in the paper. An ideal result is obtained by modify the value of Timer inconstantly. This will modify the interrupt pulse in order to control the step by Acceleration and deceleration. the formula and program is provide at last.
