Abstract	This paper analyzes not only the relationship between examination of provincial existence of FDI and industrial agglomeration, but also FDI inflows and the financial environment for industrial agglomeration factor. Through model construction and the use of panel threshold regression analysis, we think the degree of financial development level is the clustering key that restrict China's industrial agglomeration, and we use the 2000 to 2010 provincial panel data, combined with inter-provincial of the financial development by building the threshold panel threshold regression model, examine FDI caused industrial agglomeration effects in different regions, test results confirmed there is a big difference FDI impact on industrial agglomeration in China between provincial and regional differences. And on this basis, we further to regression estimates the degree of financial development on the threshold effect of industrial agglomeration effect caused by effects of, empirical results reveal the degree of financial development as important factors in promoting industrial agglomeration, it can effectively play the role of the middle of transmission, and promote industry agglomeration.
