Abstract	The paper reviews the use of the inherent compensation principle for increasing the super capacitances precision (of D-elements) in the ladder filters structures. The task of the low-sensitive D-elements synthesis with cancellation circuits of the unity gain frequency effect of op amp on the pole frequency is solved. The expediency of the use of the differential difference operational amplifiers (DDAs) in the super capacitances circuits is shown. An example of practical circuits construction of Chebyshev's low pass filter (LPF) of the 5-th order with a small error (0.313 dB) almost coinciding with an error of the LPF approximation after Chebyshev, is demonstrated.
