Abstract	Electronic method is believed to lead to better delivery of government services and increasing accountability and transparency, less corruption, greater convenience, citizen involvement, greater efficiency, and cost reductions for both the government itself and the adopter of e-government services. This is provided as societal e-service in this paper. Compared to many private sector organizations government agencies have been relatively slow in establishing and developing a Web-based presence. Based on this condition, serial problems are discussed such as the information integration of the public business and resource, adaptability of electronic service and construction of the electronic service system and the Web-based technologies. Finally, the e-service information integration system infrastructure is provided.
