Abstract	The logistics industry is the integration of transport, warehousing, freight forwarding and information industries, service industries such as the compound. With the rapid development of the economics in Henan province stably, modern logistics industry in Henan province has developed rapidly, but it is still in ‘initial stage’, the extensive management pattern has not changed, many factors have restricted the development of logistics industry in Henan province, for example: the overall scale is small in logistics companies, the market share is small, the core competitiveness is weak, and so on. An comprehensive mode is proposed to solve these problems in this paper, which combined the mode of mergers and acquisitions, the mode of industry integration and the mode of the industry cluster. The feasibility of solving these problems using the comprehensive mode and what countermeasures to take are analyzed, which can promote the rapid development of the logistics industry in Henan province.
