| Abstract | EMS is an online employee management system that is based on developing an efficient strategy to do the office paperwork. It provides solutions to decrease the manual labour of feeding entries for each user. EMS will become the go-to hub for online job applications for the institute. The Leave Application system which has been covered in the 3rd phase of the BTP is complete with users being able to request for leaves with the provision of the appropriate personnel to accept or reject it. The functionality has been combined with the Event Management System implemented in the form of a calendar which was due in the 2nd phase of the BTP. This semester was focussed on adding more features for admin panel support as well. The attendance system has been implemented by making use of android based handheld devices. All that remains in the project is to be implemented and incorporated into the current system. |
