| Abstract | Spring framework and Documentum are industry standard technologies. Presently developing an application using both of these technologies requires a lot of boilerplate code to be written thereby delaying the build process and release. Spring Data Documentum has been developed to unify and ease the access to diff erent kinds of persistence stores. Key functional areas of Spring Data Documentum are a POJO centric model for interacting with Documentum's DfCollection and easily writing a Repository style data access layer. To demonstrate the capabilities of Spring Data Documentum we have also developed a Learning Management System (LMS) and a REST API. In this report we cover how we went about developing Spring Data Documentum and the LMS application. |
