Description | বর্তমানে আলো সম্বন্ধে বিজ্ঞানীদের দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি আরো অনেক প্রসারিত হয়েছে। তাপ রশ্মি, অতিবেগুনি রশ্মি, গামা- রশ্মি এমনকি বেতার তরঙ্গ পর্যন্ত বৈজ্ঞানিকদের মতে আলোর পর্যায়েই পড়ে। নিউটনের প্রিজম দ্বারা পরীক্ষা প্রমাণ করে আলো সাতটি রঙের সমষ্টি। আলোর তরঙ্গ ধর্ম ও কণা ধর্ম দুই বর্তমান। তবে কোনও একটি বিশেষ ঘটনায় একই সঙ্গে উভয় ধর্মের প্রকাশ হয় না। আলোর কণিকার নাম ফোটন। ফোটন হচ্ছে ন্যূনতম পরিমাণ আলোক। এগুলিকে বিদ্যুৎ চুম্বকীয় তরঙ্গের প্যাকেট বলা হয়। পদার্থ হচ্ছে শক্তিরই একটি রূপ। সামান্য পদার্থের বিলয়ে বিপুল পরিমাণ শক্তির উদ্ভব হয় এবং এই শক্তির প্রকাশ হয় বিদ্যুৎ চুম্বকীয় তরঙ্গ রূপে। এই প্রবন্ধে ইথার তরঙ্গের উৎপত্তি সম্বন্ধে আলোচনা করা হয়েছে। At present, scientists' views on light have expanded a lot. According to scientists, heat rays, ultraviolet rays, gamma rays and even radio waves fall into the stage of light. An experiment by Newton's prism proves that light is a combination of seven colors. The wave nature of light and the particle nature are both present. However, neither property is manifested simultaneously in any one particular event. The name of the particle of light is the photon. Photons are the minimum amount of light. These are called electromagnetic wave packets. Matter is a form of energy. Large amounts of energy are generated by the dissolution of small matter and this energy is expressed in the form of electromagnetic waves. This article discusses the origin of ether waves. |

It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
