| Abstract | RESUMEN: En este articulo se subrayan algunos aspectos previos de sentido que se deberian de contemplar en la ensenanza y formacion universitaria. Se indica que la formacion tendria que seria primera preocupacion de los mismos estudiantes y profesores. Se presentan cuatro notas esenciales de la formacion universitaria: Formar a sujetos humanistas, cooperativos, investigadores y reflexivos. Se revisan investigaciones significativas que aportan nuevas perspectivas para la mejora de la didactica universitaria. En la segunda parte, se presentan las tendencias nuevas en cuanto a los instrumentos y estrategias de aprendizaje que una ensenanza actual deberia de promover. Se hace especial hincapie en la ensenanza que promueve un aprendizaje autonomo y en el proceso de grupo cooperativo. A continuacion se senalan dos estrategias especificas: El aprendizaje cooperativo y el aprendizaje autonomo, que tratan de llevar a la praxis el tipo de universitario/a que demandan los valores actuales de la cooperacion y la autonomia de pensamiento y accion, a fin de construir una universidad mas critica y constructiva de la realidad social actual. ABSTRACT: This article underlines some important aspects in the planning of university teaching. It emphasises that the formation of student-teachers has to be the principal concern of the student-teachers themselves. This process presents new trends about tools and strategies of teaching and learning. It presents that the most essential point in the teaching and learning in higher education is to carne up with a humanist, cooperative, reflexive and research-oriented teachers. The second part of this article deals with a teaching that promotes a selfdirected and cooperative learning processes. These strategies try to bring into reality the type of students and teachers who put into practice the actual values of cooperation and independent thinking and action, which are proper of a critical and constructive university formation. RESUME: Dans cet article on presente quelques perspectives d'etude qui vise Pameliorement de la formation et l'enseignement universitaire. Cette formation est essentiel pour le memes professeurs and etudiants. II s'agit d'un style de professeur and etudiant humaniste, cooperatif, reflexif et chercheur. Dans la second part on present deux strategies de l'enseignement et de Papprentissage: L'apprentissage cooperatif d'groupe et l'apprentissage autonome personnel. Chacun d'eux sont orientes vers des valeurs comme la cooperation mutuelle et 1' autonomie personnel de la pensee et de la action, ainsi que ses contribu tions a une universite plus critique et constructif de la realite actuelle. |
