| Abstract | The following reserch has as a main objetive to evaluate the experience to use the Moodle platform as a means of the creation of Virtual Learning Environments in regard to the development of skills in ICT in the teachers have been developed environments in the Cundinamarca´s school, from the proposal of the Ministry of National Education of Colombia. The study is based on the skills models in ICT, the instructional desing models most frecuently used for creating of Learning Environment and the pedagogical models has been building blokcs of the learning environments. The study is based on qualitative methological approach, developing a case study. The instruments used to data collection include a in-depth interview and a non-participating observation, the sample goes with a Computer teacher and Natural Science teacher were chosen from convenience since only with development of Virtual learning Environment in the institution. The data should be taken at two separte times, the first time an interview process, the second stage the non-participating observation of de teacher´s virtual classrooms. The research see the results of identifying skills in ICT for two kinds of teachers in tecnological skills, for the Computer teacher in Pedagogical skills and the Natural Science teacher in Communicavative skills. The Computer teacher is in the Explorer level and the Natural Science teacher as a transition from the Explorer level to Inclusive level. |
