| Abstract | A multiplex real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) kit was developed for the qualitative detection of the Roundup-Ready Soybean (RRS). This system consists of a screening assay for cauliflower mosaic virus 35S promoter and nos terminator, and an event-specific assay for RRS containing the lectin gene as an internal positive control. The limit of detection value was determined to be approximately 0.1%. |
