| Abstract | This article explains some reflections from the effectiveness of the regulations on human rights of women in Colombia, understood as the physical realization of the real and palpable enjoyment of rights conceived a headline within Colombian society has undergone different violations throughout history as women are. For this descriptive methodology with a critical analytical approach is done to develop the following three themes: a contextualization of the problem by way of introduction, and second, an exploration of the international legal framework and third delimitation of the national legal framework rights of women. It concludes with dissertations under close debate but to find that is a work of the Colombian State to specify and implement human rights for women. |
