| Abstract | This research identifies the relationship between the functions and the Annual Evaluation Work of coordinators in the district schools in the locality of Ciudad Bolivar in Bogota, through the analysis of results following the application of different data collection instruments, as surveys and semi-structured interviews, showed fmdings interpreted in three catcgories: functions, evaluation and training. In this way it responds to the analysis of the management function, establishing the need to define the roles of teachers Coordinators Directors, through tire understanding of their roles and profile required for the accomplishment of their duties, thus identify the process implementation of tire Annual Work evaluation, establishing itself features are a frame of reference for it. In this regard, recommendations are proposed from the nceds of specific training for the position of Coordinator based on the requirements of a profile based on the roles and functions evaluated through the compctencies defined in the Annual Evaluation Work. |
