| Abstract | The manufacturing enterprises production logistics is one of the most important links of the company. In particular, attention is drawn to waste and is looking for opportunities to reduce costs. Improvements in the manufacturing, supply chain and warehouse management allow to obtain financial benefits. To improve the existing situation should take appropriate decisions and use all available tools. Used in the company "lean management". The aim of the study was to demonstrate that by changing the method of preparation and delivery of materials for the production can be eliminated from the production process unnecessary intermediate time. This will allow for smoother operation, elimination of waste and the increase in value added. |
