| Abstract | espanolEsta revision sistematica trata de evaluar la eficacia de los programas de entrenamiento para padres (EP) en el ambito de la intervencion psicologica infanto-juvenil. Para ello se revisaron estudios incluidos en las bases de datos de Psicodoc, PsycINFO, y ScienceDirect desde el ano 2000 al 2016. Tras el filtro de contenido, se analizaron en total 48 articulos, que incluian estudios empiricos sobre la eficacia de los programas EP. Los resultados mostraron que este tipo de intervenciones tienen beneficios en la reduccion de los problemas de conducta, maltrato infantil, trastornos generalizados del desarrollo, educacion afectivo-sexual, problemas de agresividad y bullying, prevencion del abuso de drogas y trastornos de la conducta alimentaria en adolescentes, asi como la adquisicion de habilidades parentales y estrategias de crianza. Se analizaron y clasificaron los estudios segun los criterios de calidad y validez de la American Psychological Asociation (APA) como tratamientos con base empirica. This systematic review evaluates the efficacy of Parent Training (PT) programs in the area of psychological interventions for children and young people. Studies included in Psicodoc, PsycINFO, and ScienceDirect databases, from 2000 to 2016 years, were analysed. After applying the content filter, a total of 48 empirical research articles that evaluated the efficiency of PT and met the criteria for this study were analysed. The results showed that this kind of interventions has benefits in the reduction behaviour problems, psychological and physical abuse, the generalized development disorders, sexual education, aggression and bullying, prevention of the drugs abuse, teenagers food disorders, as well as the acquisition of parenting skills. The studies were analysed and classified according to the criteria of quality and validity from the American Psychological Association (APA) for psychological treatments with empirical bases. |
