| Abstract | In recent years, international cooperation has taken place in a context of growing prominence by science, technology and innovation (STI). In Mexico, and generally in countries with a system of CTI in consolidation, international cooperation in this area is vital to enrich the work of researchers, the training of human resources, among other issues. This paper proposes some indicators to measure the effectiveness of such cooperation as well as the results of a survey of direct beneficiaries of an international cooperation program and on the performance and achievements of the same, showing the great importance that the scientific community gives to the acquisition and exchange of new knowledge. |
