| Abstract | El trabajo hace referencia a la intertextualidad como proceso complejo de asociaciones que orienta la lectura de los textos literarios y la interpretacion de los mismos, a partir de la lectura interactiva, dialogica, entre texto y lector y que permite el descubrimiento de interconexiones con otros textos en la medida en que la eficiencia lectora va en aumento. En la formacion inicial del profesor de Espanol-Literatura, se hace indispensable el entrenamiento de la lectura intertextual, como un procedimiento que le facilita al alumno/lector alcanzar los niveles superiores en la comprension y disfrute estetico del texto literario, a partir de la integracion de nuevos saberes a saberes anteriores que produzcan nuevos textos a traves de la absorcion de otros. Con este objetivo se proponen tres fases para la preparacion del estudiante en formacion para la direccion del proceso de lectura intertextual, las cuales se ejemplifican a partir de un texto seleccionado. ABSTRACT The work refers to intertextuality as partnerships complex process that guides the reading of literary texts and their interpretation, reading from interactive, dialogic, between text and reader and allows the discovery of interconnections with other texts to the extent that the reading efficiency is increasing. In the initial training of Spanish-literature professor is indispensable training intertextual reading as a process that facilitates the student / reader to reach higher levels of understanding and aesthetic enjoyment of the literary text, from integration of new knowledge to previous knowledge to produce new texts through the absorption of others. To this end we propose three stages for the preparation of students in management training intertextual reading process, which are exemplified from a selected text.
