| Abstract | The present article seeks to examine the humanist capitalism, in order to demonstrate its connection with the right of development. Thus, it is from the deductive method, through literature review, especially the literary work of Ricardo Sayeg and Wagner Balera, "The humanist capitalism: humanist philosophy of economic law", that we will find answers about this new form of legal analysis capitalism and its ability to be seen as an element for development. In order to contextualize this work, we need to examine also the integral humanism and fraternity, as well as theories about the right to development. |
