| Abstract | For the assessment of efect the different profiles of digestible amino acids on the perfomance in broilers, an experiment was accomplished using two creation phases: 1 at 21 days and 22 to 42 days of age. When the experiment was concluded it was assessed the carcass yield and the commercial courts. 960 birds of the commercial AgRoss lineage were used distributed in a design randomized with 4 treatments (4 profiles digestible amino acids): ROSTAGNO et al. (2000), BAKER & HAN (1994), DEGUSSA (1997) and the recommended ones for the AgROSS lineage (2000), with 6 repetitions of 40 birds each, being 20 males and 20 females. The results demonstrated that the four diets formulated related to the profiles of digestible amino acids assisted the demands of the birds, not showing statistic differences among the treatments on zootechnic perfomance in the two creation periods and carcass yield and of the commercial courts of the birds on the 42th day of age.Regarding to the gender, the males presented better yield of feet, head, neck and smaller percentage of abdominal fat (p <0,05). In the economic aspect, analyzing the relationship costs/benefits of the diets formulated inside of the ideal concept, the results demonstrated that the profile established by ROSTAGNO et al. (2000) showed the best economic result. |
