| Abstract | The Chontilla Plant it’s a fruit that comes of a plant named “bactris gasipaes Kunth” which is its botanic name and the common name in Ecuador is “chantaduro”. The species of chantaduro are included into two groups: western and west. That ones that are at the east of the Andes’ Mountain Chain, where the amazonic river of the Orinoco is, are the west species. Meanwhile, the ones that are find at the west of the Andes’ Mountain Chain, in the valley of the Cauca, the zone of the Choco, Colombia, Panama and Costa Rica, are know us the western species. In the market of Guayaquil, this delicious and nutritive fruit is not very knowable; this is why the people had got not the change to know the components of it. In the market exist other refresh drinks like Juan Chichero which is much known because of its promotion and taste. There is also the polish drink that is consume but very little know for the people that drink it, specially for the kids that buy it for its exquisite taste that reflects the condensed milk. Here at the Guayaquil market, it will be of very acceptance this fruit because its an unique product for its components and the benefits while it could be a fruit that can be possess into the minds of the buyers. |
