| Abstract | Guayaquil has become one of the cities with high rates of consumption of junk food including snacks, but they do not provide the nutrients needed daily for good performance. The level of preference on consumers with busy lifestyles, giving pattern to the emergence of solutions that allow quick and easy consumption of nutritious foods for that reason we have seen the opportunity that by processing the coconut can get good results in that nutrition is concerned. For this reason we decided to develop and provide a nutritious snack with coconut and oatmeal, sweetened with fructose in granular form and a cone-shaped container, one of the most consumed products in this city. This research project seeks to introduce to market a new product called Guayaquil "Krokit" position in the marketplace looking for a new concept of eating snacks, using a strategy to determine customer requirements in order to provide a meal pass to complete all expectations with a nutritional approach. This project is divided into three main parts: the first is the introduction, background, characteristics and objectives of the project, as the second point is an analysis of the product, marketing and price trends of this natural snack. This part is done through market research surveys. At the same time look at issues such as technical study and the production process. The third chapter discusses the feasibility and financial viability of implementing this project in the city of Guayaquil, having finally conclusions, recommendations and references. |
