Abstract	This research do to knowing the background of lesbians (butchy) happened, and the conflict of lesbian. This research was doing in Yogyakarta. The Method of this research is Qualitative with using indepth interview and partisipan observation. The subject are four lesbians (butchy).The way to get sample of the research by using purposive sampling (case) The measurement of this research is using Qualitative description method. The result of the research showing that factor of family pattern, social culture environment, bio physics factor, traumatic and psychologist factor are causes of lesbian happened.
