Abstract	The culture of beauty and health treatment has been known since Queen Shima in the seventh century and it becomes a cultural legacy. The treatment is wading or bathing into water, massage, and aroma therapy using a medicine that has been refined and specially formulated. Tirta Ayu Spa in Bojonegoro is one of many Spas that provides Javanese traditional services. This study aimed to describe and to find out what kind of services a Javanese Spa provides. This study used descriptive qualitative by interview and observation on the subject of study. The collected data then processed using observation, interview, and written sources. After that, the data was analyzed using medical theory by Foster and Anderson and obtained a result that Javanese Spa services have meaning and value in each treatment. The beauty of Javanese women consist of inner energy and inner aura which is represented by their creative ability and good personality including mind, body, and spirit treatments. Those must be balanced in order to achieve a thorough beauty which is known as Ngadi Saliro. This Spa treatment involves various parties such as the Spa manager, Spa therapist, mentor training center, customer service, and also customers. Each of these parties perform their roles so that it would be beneficial for the Spa owner and government. Traditional Spa is also one of Javanese cultural legacy.
