Abstract	Feasibility study for the creation and launch of E! - WELLNESS; organization whose main objective, to provide and offer unique and innovative alternative in the Business Environment Labour Welfare combining the latest trends in welfare and active breaks for employees and all dynamic and interactive platform provided by Video Games consoles and high-resolution LED display screens. For companies, it is a suitable space since the address spaces promote integration, recreation or active breaks that help to create a healthy environment to work, improve the conditions of employees, increase the work environment, strengthen the commitment and sense of belonging to the company and eventually be seen as an option to increase the productivity levels of the organization as a secondary objective and practically hidden. Also, E! - Wellness is presented as an innovative alternative for organizations to develop wellness programs and improving the health and quality of life of its employees through a fun and memorable experience using the human interaction with video games as a tool for growth, use of leisure time and healthy fun. Similarly, we present a deep analysis of this new business, as it operates within a society with a new technology boom, and there are new forms of entertainment, recreation and use of leisure time in humans. For this reason, we study this new market, since by their diverse nature (Video Games - Labour Welfare) and before unexplored offers a great business opportunity in a competitive environment and expectant of such activities.
