| Abstract | This paper draws up and builds a business plan for the creation of a Freight Forwarder company, through joint ventures that brings together four foreign trade service providers that are complementary to each other and that currently work uncoordinated with your own customers and with other actors. This alliance will allow to increase economic gains of each of the partners thanks to the possibility of accessing better international transport rates, which will be the main service of the new company; expand their portfolio of services and increase their client base, offering a turnkey solution to foreign trade requirements by combining the infrastructure, knowledge and experience of all the partners with service freight forwarder provided by the company. The new company will allow obtaining the legal permits and the corresponding accreditation to directly access the commercialization of international transport services through the legal status of a Freight Forwarder company; for this purpose an investment of 30,000 dollars is necessary, of which 66.7 percent of this amount will be the economic contribution of the partners of the company and will be almost entirely destined to cover the legal guarantee of operation, while the 33.3 percent remaining will be covered by bank credit and will be used to cover the initial operating expenses. For the financial evaluation of the project, it is considered a minimum income scenario for service freight forwarder, considering only the average value of the weight of merchandise transported by the portfolio of captive customers of only one of the partners that make up joint venture, establishing a sales amount of 119,122 dollars for the first year of operation, which generate net profits that grow an average percentage higher than 60 percent per year in the first five years of the project. |
