| Abstract | The computerization of institutional systems has become increasingly essential in the systematic updating of procedures in public or private establishments. With the elementary intention of innovating the practical framework of organizational actions, consequently the improvement in the development of tasks assigned by a system, the action of computerizing has repercussions in the initial stage of this objective. The Electronic Judicial Process arises precisely in this concept of computerizing the practiced autos that were previously done manually. In this case, the CNJ, when verifying the need to impose improvements to the progress and functioning of the processes carried out within the scope of national justice, created the PJe (Electronic Judicial Process), making judicial activities carried out in a virtual way. In this context, this study aims to analyze the knowledge of the servers of the Court of Justice of the city of Bayeux. This is a case study of a descriptive nature and a qualitative approach, in which questionnaires were applied to servers that work in different functions of the PJe, with the general objective of analyzing the knowledge of the PJe users in the district of the Comarca located in the city of Bayeux, in the state of Paraíba, regarding the use and effectiveness of this, so identified with these servers, that the topic of the characterization of Pje is fundamental for the knowledge of the positive and negative points of the system, also identified the need for improvements In the system and it is still necessary to carry out more training on the part of the TJPB in order to respond to new questions raised by the constant updating of the system. In general, respondents' responses were positive regarding the structure and procedures of the PJe. |
