| Abstract | Fast and unforeseen changes in the workplace due to the technological development associated with the globalization process, demand a reflection that links the tendency to structural reduction of job vacancies and the consolidation of other working modalities to the different implications of the work as an economic-productive human activity. This relationship requires updated answers as the solid pillars of stability tend to disappear and generate important implications for people not only at the symbolic level but also at the practical level of their lives. The term quality of life at work covers aspects such as motivation, satisfaction, working conditions, leadership styles, among others. The dimensions of the model proposed by Walton (1973) will serve as a comparative model to analyze what are the main criteria to become one of the best companies to work with. The endomarketing suggests the application or adaptation of marketing techniques within the company, that is, qualify the company to be oriented also to the internal customer. Thus, two possibilities are presented: the conduction of Internal Marketing programs, essential to the execution of the Marketing administration, and the endomarketing as an optional management strategy. |
