| Abstract | The article is a product of the research project “Visions from various theoretical and practical lectures at local and regional levels around the theme of the territory, systematizing experiences in socio-spatial relations as a whole nature-society”. We review in this case, the tension between public and private planning and management in a territory of the municipalities that has experienced the process of urban expansion in the metropolitan area of the Aburra valley, as in Sabaneta, Antioquia (Col.). In this context of the particular characteristics in use of and occupation, the changes physical, economic became evident as they create a new relationship of citizens with their surroundings. |
