| Abstract | Indiscipline is one of the main obstacles that create difficulties in the school context. This fact has been worsening is such a way that neither the school nor the family can solve the problem. Then phenomenon is characterized in various ways, but the ideas about the problems are far from have the same view. This article discusses the meanings assigned by the students and teachers of elementary school of the state College Professor Antonio Fontes freitas on the issue are considered by them as generators of this phenomenon and evaluate measures or mitigate the problem.
