| Abstract | This study aimed to test whether there is influence of family financial education, ethnicity and motivations toward financial literacy women's careers. The existing population in this research is a career that is in Surabaya with ethnic Javanese and Chinese. The data used is primary data. As many as 100 respondents fill out questionnaires in this research. Analysis of statsitik using the MRA (Multiple Regression Analysis) using test and partial to one side as well as the test f. The results of this research are not influential family financial education significantly to financial literacy, as well as motivational effect not significant and influential ethnic is not significant.
