| Abstract | It is a study with students of Centro Universitario de Ciencias Sociales yHumanidades de la Universidad de Guadalajara, with the purpose of determining the type of necessities academic and personal that they have in their professional formation for the implantation of a tutorial program that support to the integral development of the students. Descriptive, cross-sectional investigation, the universe was 183 students of the degree in social work, sociology, political studies, lawyer, geography and international studies. The analysis unit conformed students of fourth semester, the method of information harvesting was the questionnaire. The tabulation and analyses of the data are fundamentally quantitative. The study is sustained in the paradigm humanist on the human necessities. We detect ourselves that necessities and deficiencies of academic type exist, relatives, economic and personal that affect the academic performance of the student and before this perspective the positions of a guardian play a preponderant role for the support of the student in his to journey university. |
