| Abstract | Monographic work that aims to explore the theme Planning in the Civil Police of Minas Gerais, under the perception of the servers. The Strategic Planning as an instrument of the Public Administration in the accomplishment of the governmental ends is discussed in a wide form, from its conception to its implementation through actions ordered by the direction of the Institution to its servers. Research was done on institutional and governmental sources on the subject, which were duly explored throughout the work. Regarding the participatory approach, the Strategic Planning was perceived as a necessity of the administrative management whose effective participation must be aligned with the knowledge of the actors involved about the strategic objectives drawn by the superior management of the Institution. Research under the servers' perception of Strategic Planning has brought to the forefront the need to expand publicity and foster discussion about the objectives and axes of Strategic Planning and Institutional Guidelines. |
