| Abstract | Rivers are negleged and overexploited that it is for the Man or by the Man. By accumulations of the refuse tips on the level of banks, by the municipal rejections or by the influence of the hospitals by their effluents, this rivers were considered the source of propagation and the transfer of bacterial resistance. The bacteriological water analysis of various sites of Soummam wadi is carried out for the research of the Gram negative bacilli. The identification of the strains is based on the colouring of Gram, the biochemical tests and the traditional biochemical gallery. The sensitivity of the strains to antibiotics is carried out by the standard antibiogramme. Production of extended spestrum β lactamase is detected by the test of Synergy (D-D test). On the 33 taking away carried out, 106 strains with Gram negative are insulated, 103 are enterobacteriacae and 03 strains belong to other kind of bacillis Gram negative. Sensitivity of these strains to the antibiotics (06 β – lactames and 05 pertaining to the other families of antibiotics). With revealed that 94,33% of insulated strains GNB are resistant to the CTX, 92.45%, 90,67%, 74%, 57,55%, 50,94% are resistant respectively to the CAZ, ATM, AMC with the FEP and to the CX with 67 stocks are producers of ESBL.The rates of resistance to other antibiotics are as follows:77.35%, 64.15%, 53.77%, 23.58% and with respect to TE, NA, TR, C Tobramycin is more active on these strains with a rate of resistance of 15.09%. |
