| Abstract | The objective of this work is based on the study of antibiotics resistance of negative Gram bacilli isolated from two hospitals effluents from wilaya of Béjaia (Akbou and Sidi Aich ). 8 samples were analyzed. The identification of the strains is obtained by API20E gallerie. In al 61 strains identified with a prevalence of Aeromonas hydrophila strains (27, 9%) followed by Pseudomonas sp. with (16,4%) . The susceptibility testing towards various families of antibiotics made it possible to determine the multi-resistance (86, 88%) from the 61 strains isolated. Among these, 38 (63, 93%) are ESBL producers. The hospital effluents play a very important part in the selection, propagation and the diffusion of the multi-resistant stocks like in the transfer of genes of resistance in the environment. |
