| Abstract | The case study presents the implementation of methods engineering tool, that occurs throughout a systematic method for evaluating the final product in a company of agricultural equipment . The tool that has emerged aimed at improving processes , through the search for the best way of implementation and time standards . The main objectives are to reduce audit time , improving the quality of information , reduce field problems , reduction of demerits and increase the rate of audited machines . The types of research were: Exploratory and Descriptive therefore aims to develop further with the problem to be studied and analyzed , and taking into account the accuracy of the evidence obtained . Taking into account the characteristics of the methods , the case study was chosen . The results obtained show that the implementation was efficient , achieving achieve the stipulated goals. The number of machines increased by 11 audited machines month , and the time was reduced from 0.5 to 1 hour per machine. The quality of information has improved and we still can not measure the consequences in the field. |
