| Abstract | This final research report was conducted in order to develop a proposal for the implementation of integrated management system according to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007, for the company Congelagro. This proposal for the implementation of integrated management system is possible because the company is certified ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004, with certification of OHSAS 18001:2007 pending. This report has been developed in three stages; a diagnosis of the state of the processes, a diagnosis of the standards required for the processes and finally, proposes the strategic direction of the company. Included in this report is a new process map and updated descriptions of the processes. |
