| Abstract | This work is based on the analysis of the need for a women's gym in North Florida Citadel Guayaquil, in order to develop a business plan focused on providing this service to people who live in the area and need to be able to play sports. The paper presents issues related to work, that will have an understanding of what developed through fundamental concepts located in the theoretical framework. In addition to the methodology described in the form of field that has been applied apparatus determining the 362 valid surveys were taken as a sample of the population. In analyzing the results, we can see the trend of women who go to a gym regularly in the area of North Florida. For the proposal established a business plan, which is called its scope and other parameters given for the recognition of the company's business activities, together with the financial viability for its feasibility.
