| Abstract | Each project is focused in a latent necessity that is important to cover, it is so this document was written to satisfy a specific market: people interested in the Japanese culture. In this culture doesn't exist a specialized centre. The Japanese Cultural Centre is defined as a place which offered courses of martial arts, Japanese language, Japanese Cuisine, Enterprise Speeches, Reiki and other activities related to the millenary Japanese First, it was investigated the economic, law and cultural aspects. The economic study discovered that is a good moment in the economic cycle, the law aspect The first thing that was investigated was the economic, legal and cultural antecedents. The economic analysis concluded that it is a good moment of the economic cycle, the legal analysis defined the juridical necessities of the Cultural Centre and the cultural part justified the good relationship that exists between Japan and Ecuador. Then the market was studied through surveys to a simple of the population, interviews with experts and analysis of secondary data to identify the profile of the client creating directed strategies of Marketing that allow to capture the potential market. The client of the Japanese Cultural Centre is someone of the high social class, that works and has a high academic level and interest in the Japanese culture. The main strategies were focused in a good level of publicity through television and newspapers; besides exclusivity in the location and competitive prices. |
