| Abstract | The aim of this contribution is to present an action research project conducted in 2003-2004 and 2004-2005 academic years in some primary schools in the province of Verona (Italy). From a social analysis of the changes currently occurring to schools related to the coexistence of the different ethnic groups and the need for the need for intercultural education, I have studied how the conflict can be considered as an opportunity to identify educational actions targeted to students in situations where efficient management are unfolded. The methodology used during the conduct of the entire project, for both students and pre-service teachers, has been that of cooperative learning. |
