| Abstract | The present work proposes an acoustic isolation for the Project Yoo Cumbaya an isolation with double walls in the interior of the apartment on the walls, with an air cavity to avoid noise, which will be analyzed in the residential complex with 128 departments, 90 offices and 13 premises, with communal areas, children and adult swimming pool that emit an interior and exterior noise, also including the noises provoked by the houses nearby. It will use a software simulator that predicts acoustic isolation will be worked on the basis of the national standards: Ecuadorian Construction Standard (NEC), Unified text of the secondary legislation of the environment TULSMA. It is necessary to contribute to the Project an acoustic isolation based on the aforementioned standards so that the owners obtain a true comfort in their dwellings obtaining a real privacy in their interior and improving their auditory health. For the moment, there are no real acoustic isolation in Ecuador, because of the lack of training of construction personnel, the lack of knowledge of the materials they need and the most effective way to install it. |
