| Abstract | This work was carried out with the main objective of trying to identify the reasons for the absences of federal public servants of UTFPR (Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná) for medical leave of reason, which forms submitted to expertise in SIASS Unit Curitiba. The UTFPR consists of thirteen campuses across the state of Paraná. This article was compiled from data provided by the SIASS (Subsystem Integrated Attention to the Server Health) Unit UFPR Curitiba-PR, and the survey was carried out from 06.01.2014 to 01.06.2015, in order to analyze absenteeism profile of the UTFPR servers. Statistical analysis was carried out for comparing the departures data by disease, by ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases 10th. Review), by location or job sector, by age group and by function or position. After analyzing the results, it was observed that the occurrence of major significance was absenteeism due to psychological problems (75 clearances), for recovery of surgeries (55 clearances), followed by servers who leave to accompany familiar with disease (44 clearances). So there is need for more detailed report and complete the data provided by SIASS, with more detailed and thorough study of the main causes of sickness absenteeism in the federal public service, seeking measures to improve the quality of life and health of servers. After analyzing the data, we suggest: the need for clinical psychologists on campus for calls from servers; full compliance with the functions and objectives for which the SIASS was instituted. |
