| Abstract | Dedalo is a beta Digital TV Program (24 minutes) created with the goal of promoting the popularization of science and technology in children from 7 to 10 years old. The proposal includes entertainment and education, mixed with interactivity. It’s part of a wider research called “Methods for the generation of digital and interactive contents” held in the Centro de Excelencia en Tecnologias de la Informacion–Artica , with support of Colciencias and the Government Agency for Communications of Colombia. Some questions that originated this project were: How to run a digital interactive TV program? Which is the difference with an analogical program? What are the specific elements considered technical and storytelling dimensions? What are the features of the staff? We designed a set of messages and contents in order to answer those questions. |
